The iKuddle Smart Litter Box is very quiet and operates at around 50dB. To give you a better idea of that level of sound, 50dB is quieter than the most air conditioners, dishwasher, and normal conversations.

Like every new litter box, it takes time for your cat to adjust to the new environment. It helps to take a cup of litter from their old litter box and add it to the new one. The familiar scent from the old litter box will create a comforting environment for your cat. Another way to ease your cat into the transition is to leave the old litter box near the iKuddle for a short period of time.
Generally, we recommend one to two cats for each iKuddle, but we have some users with more than two cats sharing one iKuddle. The number of cats appropriate to share each iKuddle depends on the cat's behavior.
Please note that the waste bag should be packed once per week for one cat; twice per week for two cats; thrice per week for three cats, and so on. The default setting for iKuddle is to start self-cleaning 15 mins after each use, but if the wait time is interrupted by a cat entering, the timer will reset to 15 mins again. This could result in the waste being present in the litter for longer than 15 mins. That is why it is not recommended for too many cats to share a single iKuddle, as it may result in the waste not being cleaned for the next use.
Size and weight often have little to do with whether a cat will adapt to a new litter box. The weight does not matter as long as the cat can enter the entryway and turn around comfortably inside. Our general weight guideline is approximately 4-18lbs.

Waste Bags & Air Filters
Since the waste bag will be sealed automatically, only the iKuddle Waste Bags are compatible with the iKuddle Smart Litter Box. The iKuddle waste bags are available under the "Accessories" tab.
The iKuddle waste bags will also be available on Amazon and your local pet stores soon.
We recommend changing your air-filter once a month. The iKuddle app will automatically remind you when your air-filter is due for a change, so you don't have to worry about keeping track!
air-filters are available in packs of 3's, providing you with enough supply for three months.
This depends on the number and the size of your cats. Our general guideline is to auto-pack once a week for one cat; auto-pack twice a week for two cats; and auto-pack thrice a week for three cats, and so on. Simply tap a button on the iKuddle or on the App to auto-pack the waste and lift open the lid.
No, the iKuddle will not eliminate 100% of the odor in the litter box. After your cat finishes her/his business, the air filter will automatically turn on and shut off after 5 mins. This will eliminate 80-90% of the odor in the litter box. Odor control will depend on the amount of odor created by the cat, the number of cats using it, the type of litter used, among other things.
The iKuddle App keeps track of how many waste bags are inside the iKuddle at all times. It will also notify you when you are running low.
No, the air filters are unscented. With the iKuddle Smart Litter Box, you can keep your home smelling fresh without worrying about allergies to fragrances.

We have a 30-day return policy. After that, all sales are final. If you and your cat are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, send the product back to use to receive a full refund.
Please follow the return procedure below:
1）To return the iKuddle Litter Box, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA number. To request one, contact us at market@ikuddle.com.
2）Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any returns sent back that are freight collect will be refused.
3) All returns must be in their original factory packaging with all original packing materials. Please make sure the iKuddle Litter Box is clean (this allows us to extend the useful life of our products).

Special order items are not returnable.
iKuddle brand will not be held responsible for customers ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the shipping charges.
If a package appears damaged upon arrival, it's best for you to refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, you should note the damage when signing for it so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
